Shared Spaces

As you walk into your new home, this is what you'll see -- except with furniture.

The living area has a hardwood floor. This is a durable floor that CAN be mopped, but too much water could potentially warp the wood.

The large window has an awesome view. The blinds are included as part of the home in the rental agreement.



The entry way, kitchen and half bath all have tile floors. There is plenty of cupboard space. There are two cupboards on the kitchen side of the island-like counter and one on the living room side. The two chairs in this picture are included with furnishings.


There is plenty of storage. The storage area follows around the corner underneath the stairs. There is also access to the crawl space. There are four shelves and water heater access behind this door. This little room has it's own light switch and a closet rod for those winter coats.

















The bathroom is adjacent to the garage. It's only a half bath which makes it perfect for visitors not having to go upstairs.


The garage is large enough for two vehicles. There are also two parking spaces behind the townhouse, and a small lot about 100 ft away. These outside spaces are first come first serve for residents and visitors of RockCreek Townhomes.





















The laundry room and linen closet are located upstairs. The washer and dryer come with the house. The linen closet is also in the hall.

Single Bedroom and Bath

Welcome to the single bedrooms! The two rooms are the same size and share one wall.


This is one of the two single bedrooms. Each room has it's own window and closet.

Every wall has one or two electrical outlets. Each room will has a twin bed and a dresser. Pictured is the dresser.





The two tenants who rent the single rooms will share this bath. The baths are bathtub/shower units with oiled bronze fixtures.

There is one sink in this bathroom. However, there is also one sink downstairs in the half bath. Essentially, each tenant could have her own sink/readying area.

The towel rod will hold two towels and is located behind the door, and therefore out of the picture.






This is the northern room of the two single rooms. All rooms have locks on the door knobs that are accessed from the inside.



This is the southern room of the two single rooms. The rooms are located over the garage.

Any holes in the wall or scuffs in the paint should be repaired before renting, but if a contract is being taken over this won't be the case.


Each room has the same size closet. The closet rod extends further behind the door, giving ample space for clothing.


There are two shelves above the rod that extend the entire length of closet. There is also a significant space for storage in the corner of the closet.

Master Bedroom, Bath & Closet

Welcome to the Master Bedroom. This rental comes fully FURNSIHED. Two tenants will share this room. Two twin beds are placed in this room with corresponding dressers.

The Master Bedroom is the largest room in the townhouse including the living room and kitchen.

A stand-alone screen could easily divide the room making it two somewhat separated rooms large enough for bedroom furniture is each section, but this is NOT provided in the furnishings.






There are three windows in the Master Bedroom. Two smaller ones and a large one in the cove like section of the room.




The view from the window further illustrates how close The Hair Academy is located.


Those who rent the shared Master Bedroom, will have their own bathroom. Access to this bathroom is only through the Master Bedroom. The bathroom is narrow like a hall. It then leads into a walk-in closet.






















The closet is has three closet rods. One for long item and two for shorter items.



There are also shelves in the closet, two long deep ones above the single rod and one above the double rods. A shelf also divides the double rods.

There are also smaller deeper shelves on the opposite wall.

The floor in the closet is carpeted while the bathroom portion is tiled. The bathroom has two sinks and a shower/tub all with bronzed fixtures.
